An exceptional Hermann Hauser II - An exquisite instrument sonically and aesthetically. A guitar I feel so lucky to get to know. From the round, singing basses, to the trebles that sparkle and fill the room, to the harmonics that pop off the string like a firework, this guitar has it all. Not many are in circulation that have the sound, feel and aesthetics as this one.
One of the previous owners who has probably seen more Hauser’s than anyone said this about this one, number 718, “This is possibly the greatest sounding Hauser II I have ever played. It is an incredible guitar in every way. It has great sustain, great power and is perfectly balanced. You will not find a better one. ”
Stunning physical condition. No dents, dings repairs. One small crack/separation near/on the seam (see photos). Small blemishes on back, tiny marks on top, but overall, amazing condition for a guitar thats a few years old, not to mention a guitar that is 62 years old! Original case, original finish, original Landstorfer tuning machines! 646mm scale.
